All client engagements are governed by a separate service agreement or proposal that outlines the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, and other specific conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the service agreement.
Advertising budgets allocated to platforms such as Google Ads are separate from our management fees. Clients are responsible for all advertising costs charged by third-party platforms. We do not guarantee specific results from advertising spend.
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing tools. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
